Looking for a roommate

Hi there,
I have a 2 bedroom apartment that I need a roommate for. It's right downtown, so everything is accessible. The rent is $1200 + 200 which covers cable, internet, phone and power, so each person's share is $700 per month. There's also a $400 damage deposit.
