I just recently read this amazing book Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking. This man flipped the whole quit smoking issue on it's back. Through his reassurance it is easy to liberate yourself from the evil nicotine addiction. You have NOTHING TO LOOSE by reading this book and stopping smoking.

It's not too scary... maybye it can help you cut down at least. I used to love smoking. It was a part of my life: a channel to help me get in touch with good old memories and "relaxing" moments. Now I can do without it. I read this sign outside one of the pubs in downtown it said "stop smoking, start drinking". Now I'm an alcocholic but hey my mouth doesn't feel like an ashtray the next day.

Hahaha, that's a good one. Only time I've tried to quit smoking is when I realize that I won't be able to buy more smokes until my next paycheque. Like tomorrow... I won't have cigarettes and hardly enough to buy two packs by next cheque. I really screwed myself this time. Maybe I should read that book, eh? *sigh* Can I borrow it?
