After disbanding in 1999, The Rankin Family has reunited to record a new album and bring their Cape Breton inspired music across Canada. The cross-Canada tour starts in January, with their new album of less traditional Celtic sounds being released around the same time. The Rankins play the Saddledome on Tuesday, January 23rd at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $53.00, plus convenience charge and order processing fee.

Billy Talent seemingly came out of no where with their debut album, but in reality the Toronto quartet has spent over a decade honing their rock 'n roll skills. Billy Tallent has been blowing away thousands of fans nightly in Europe this fall and will bring their energetic live show to Calgary on Wednesday, January 24th at 7:00 p.m. Special guests are Rise Against, Anti-Flag and Moneen.
