It is an exciting one stop shop for information, resources, products, fun and services for Baby Boomers Seniors. Over 100 exhibitors offering a wide range of exhibits showcasing products and services in health and wellness, adult lifestyle living, travel, finance, real estate, anti-aging, gardening, recreational activity, beauty, technology, second careers and more . Hourly seminars will cover such topics as health and wellness, employment, lifelong learning, care giving, financial and legal services. Great live performance. Join us and have a fun family day out. Tickets are $10.00 at the door.

Walk A Mile In Her Shoes, in support of the YWCA of Calgary, helps women and their children take steps to walk away from domestic violence. Although this is a serious matter our event is fun and light-hearted.
Men are invited to register as an individual, join a team or create a new team and collect donations to help us reach our goal of $150,000. On Sept 21, participants will choose from our selection of high heel shoes and literally "Walk A Mile In Her Shoes".
Please register and start fundraising today or come down to Olympic Plaza on Sept 21 and cheer the particpants on.
