2.0 is a version. Calgary 1.0 is the city you're in. 2.0 is it's version on the internet. It's like copy in which everyone is free to interact with others. There's term "Web 2.0" which it is related to.

Up until now the only mean of getting place, location, event out there is through paying advertisers, newspapers and studios to make your website. Now we offer democratic and free way to expose yourself. Sign up to participate in all areas of the website.
